We booked an apartment for one night's accomodation. We paid in full before arrival. When we arrived at 3pm and phoned to get Joanne to meet us with keys she didnt answer her phone despite us phoning upwards of 20 times! She finally answered at 10pm and told us she had rented the apartment to someone else. We were left with nowhere to stay for the night, and during subsequent emails she refused to give us a refund. She even went so far as to send abusive emails back, even though she was the one clearly in the wrong. Do not try to rent an apartment from this woman!!!
