I have done some investigating (I am a private investigator). Owner's name is Frederick J. Schrank who lives in Long Island and owns xiionet.com. He is a habitual scammer and thief and I will be filing a personal lawsuit (civil) and also a criminal lawsuit for computer crimes through the FBI is in the works.
