I got a sample off internet and paid for postage. Can cancel order if you don't want them to take monthly payments BUT I cannot find where to do this. I have just had a payment of $143.16 plus another postage cost removed from my bank account. How do we stop this. My bank has started a dispute for me. I am in New Zealand.
