They need to be closed down. It s nothing more than a clever phishing scam. everything about this company is just wrong and they know it. They are evasive and hard to communicate with as they ask for your card details before they will even talk to you. They took £40 from my daughters account after she bought a train ticket online. She was conned into signing up for a £10 discount on the ticket. They will not refund her money, the bank was unhelpful so I had to close her bank account. Completesave do not issue you with an account number deliberately so that you cannot use it as a reference during communication. it is designed to take money from people and make it very difficult to cancel the membership. Disgusted
