I was shipped a bottle of Green Coffee Cleanse Ultra not at my request. I did order a sample bottle two months ago as on a trial basis but did not request a second bottle. I did not give permission for a second shipment and I will not pay for something I did not order. I am asking the company to take me off their mailing list and refund any payments they think they are going to debit my account.
