I ordered a custom bobblehead in July, I still have not received a finished product, when I complained about the work and denied the proofs I was told that they do not give refunds and was asked for another $30 for a redo. I paid the additional money and I am still having the same problems. The doll looks nothing like the pictures I sent and I have sent tons more pictures to help out and I have not gotten any kind of resolution...so frustrated!
