On the 09/30/13 I ordered a ignition switch for my car by phone. The price was $200.00 including tax and shipping. I paid by electronic check. Bill Fortune told me his credit card system was off. Account charged right away. Never got anything from him beside an invoice. I called and I've been told that he had to fire all his representatives and my order will be out in a couple of days. NOTHING. Tried to call back, no way to talk to anybody, sent e-mails; no responces, sent faxes; no responces, sent USPS mail; no responces. In one of my last e-mail I gave him a chance to refund my money. NOTHING. My last e-mail, fax and USPS mail was to tell him that I will engage in legal action. No answer. I think he believed he is above the law but he is not. Some people have to go the hard way to learn anything. Welcome to the club Mister Fortune.
