The "free" bottle was sent, immediately followed by 3 or 4 additional bottles. No "trial period" of the first bottle before shipping and charging for additional bottles. Emailed and called. Numbers just treated me to unanswered elevator music. Emails were replied via a form email, instructing that their friendly customer service will be happy to help me. No one ever answered the phone. Luckily, I did NOT open the envelope with the additional bottles, took it to the post office as "return to sender" (so I had proof of return), and contacted my bank. Wound up closing down the credit card and the bank (thankfully) removed the charge. Embarrassed I got taken in by this scam.
