I was ordering an item on the M&S web sight, while on was asked to do a short survey, after doing this only because it was M&S was given a chose of a FREE gift. Was asked to send the postage of £1.95 no problem. I received my bank statement only to find out that Ive been charged £84.71 from this company. This I rang to complaine only to be told this was to be deducted every three months !!!! The free sample was NOT free at all.
I have received e.mail to inform me future payment's have stopped but they have refused the refund!!
As a pensioner looking after a poorly husband I just can't afford the loss.
I got no help from the lady who was on they're switchboard.
Can anyone help me , its so upsetting .
