I orderd a free sample pro lift and serum offer, I didnt like it it was no better than a supermarket cream, there was no note inside the package and i didnt no where to send it back, they took two £1.99 and two £1.95 on the 23rd oct and the 28th oct postal off me then on the 27th of October they took £169 out of my bank that i didnt no about, plese i would like to no if i can claim this money back very silly of me to do i no, this is very worring to me as i dont earn any money i am 68 yrs old i no this is a scam now
