Just Cloud offers unlimited cloud backup for your data. Like other complaints on this site, I used their service without incident until they demanded that I convert to one of their business accounts which was much more expensive. When I declined, they told me there was no way to stop it, it was already in motion and nothing could change it. I deleted all my data from their server, told them to cancel my account and give me a refund. They said they would issue a refund but never did. They claim they sent the refund through paypal I did not receive it. Each time I write them I get a response from a different person (probably the same person using a different name). They claim they sent the refund to a paypal address sort of like mine but slightly different and since they issued the refund (though it's unclaimed) I need to deal with paypal refunds and not them. All BS. they're running a very unelaborate scam and someone needs to arrest these scumbags.
