Xue Heu has scammed my partners and I on several Real Estate deals in Modesto California.
He's taken money supposedly to pay people, who are in foreclosure, cash for their deed.
The agreement was to sell the homes, pay off the mortgage and split the proceeds.
The only thing that's split however is Xue Heu.
No one has heard from him in a very long time, doesn't answer phone calls or returns any messages and no record of him recoding any new deeds.

Xue has taken a lot of money from a lot of people over the years. I doubt he can continue for long, however. He is into me for about $170k. I have written it off at this point (that was about 6-8 years ago).
You'll never find him recording deeds because everything he does is in other people's names. Make your complaint known to the contact at the end of the thread I listed. Can't go wrong. That is, if you haven't already.
