Online loan company. Wanted me to purchase a Vanilla Reload Network card to show that i could make my monthly payments on a loan. They said the process would take 30-45 min, and no money would be taken from the card. They came back on the line and said the Federal Trade Commission needed me to pay something off my credit before i could get the loan. I declined at that point and told them to cancel everything. The money was gone from the card and their numbers were changed within a week or two. Talked to Michael Smith.
