A few months ago I applied for a safelink plan. Never heard back. Went to Qlink instead, which was a mistake, On 11/07/13, I received a postcard in the mail from safelink saying I needed to make one call a month, on a phone I never received. I tried going to web site to send in support form saying this. I cannot do that cause you have to give serial #. Tried contacting them. Having same problem as qlink, CANNOT reach a human.

Safelink still has not sent any kind of confirmation
