I found this company online and really liked their products so I contacted them about whether they would deliver to Ireland and how much it would cost. They were very quick with their reply and seemed very professional. I placed an order and received a confirmation email and another email to say that I would soon receive an email about shipping of my order. This never happened. I left it about 5 weeks before contacting them via their online query form. Firstly on October 15th, then 21st and again on 24th. I have also tried to phone them on several occasions but after 15 minutes or more each time have given up as it seemed clear that no one would answer. I have also sent a message today on Facebook but again to no avail, and I can only guess as there seems to have been no activity on their page since September that I am unlikely to get a response. I put my trust in what appeared to be a reputable company and am so disappointed in the way that I have been treated. I wish to receive my products or a full refund and if they were any bit sincere they would offer some compensation.
