3.5 weeks ago I went to Assurance Wireless's advertised website to apply for a life line phone. Allnof my info was submitted and the required documents were faxed to Assurance the very next day. Today after waiting for 3.5 weeks I called Assurance Wireless to find out what the hold up was. Only to be told by a bunch of barely barely English speaking incompetents that although they have my information they don't have my application. No many how many times I asked these foreigners how did you get my information if you didn't get my application, their same assinine line was "we'll send you a paper application and you can start over. No matter how many times you adk these doorknobs a wuestion all you is poorly spoken and hard to understand English along with excuses. I am a disabled American Citizen and Assurance is providing a Federally funded service and are subject to the Americans With Disabilities Act but these wads just tell you to file a complaint because they and the Feds are incompetently wasting taxpayer's money and losing applicants personal information. I want my phone now not another 4 or 5 weeks fown the road.
