I purchased 30 million in game currency. I was told they were out of stock and have been out of stock for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund,I as told id receive my refund within 24 hours and it has been almost 36 hours. I contacted them today and they said I would receive my refund within 4 hours today and its been a little over 4 hours now. I did research on this company and seen nothing but reviews on how they scam customers. Including a report posted on this site on this date 03/30/2013. He stated the same exact thing that has happened to me. And I still have not received my refund.
Update: 11/13/2013
I just logged into their chat and they said I need to wait a few days. I replied and said its been nearly 3 days and still havent received my refund. They then turned there Live Chat to offline so I couldnt talk to them about my Refund.
