I ordered a kitchen with themselves and didn't have a problem till it was delivered. Many parts missing which has took a total of 4 weeks to arrive after many calls and a lot of time on hold and experiencing the rudest call centre staff possible in the end they admitted parts never order and were with me within a week and then 2 lots sent!!!! It is ok quality but none off the doors and draw fronts match in size and colour with the end panels I didn't notice until it was pointed out to me. My real annoyance with them now is my extractor fan is missing the adjustable chimney cover after many phone calls and 2 being sent out to me and I am now being told it doesn't come with it even though it shows how to fit it in the instruction manual, I was offered a fly over shelf which is no good as not got cupboards either side then offered a replacement but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be the same one so what's the point of that. So been left with no option to buy another one. I have sent an email to ask for a refund but no joy so I am now going to contact trading standards and bring all the problems I have had with them.
