I have bought Iphones from e-planetsales. My contact was Bert Lim. I orderd 3 Iphones. Mr. Bert Lim contacted me that his company had send 13 units and I had to Pay. The package was on its way. Than I had to pay for clearences and € 200,00 to the perfect courier services for holding the goods and then the good would be deliverd the same day. Nothing. Next day nothing. Another request for money of € 350,00 and then the goods would surely be deliverd. I refused and the order was cancelled by Mr.Bert Lim. Mr. Bert Lim promissed me to refund the money, but that was 3 weeks ago. Do not order from this company because i believe it is a scam. Nobody responds to my mails and I haven't received any money back!!

Like i said the amount is not correct but i cant find a way to change it. The amount is 990,00 euro!

I had contact with the live chat, and they said that my refund was in progress, lets wait and see!,
