We try to arrange a hotel reservation 3 rooms.
The agreement is 1 night per room deposit.

The first thing they did was to take the whole amount of all the rooms from the reservation.
the amount is 870 USD

the next day i received information the hotel rooms are not availible any more.
(i think normally you check this before the payment).

My feeling was right it took them 6 working day's to refund the amount.
(after sending them 8 e-mails and 4 telephone calls).

The transfer costs from my visa and the deposit back cost me 43 USD.

in all my 8 emails i never received an answer why they took the whole amount.
(this could have saved me a lot of money)
