And also I ordered and did my homework too late. Lost $340. Site looks very similar as official swarovski site. When I've ordered the goods i got a e-mail from pointsandnetwork. Then I know troubles would begin. On the site itself there is noway you can see the junk is coming from China. I would never ordered anything if I had known. When the junk jewelry arrived it was even worse then expecting. Sending back will cost me much more then the value is. I've send a lot of mails and even opened a question list by pointsandnetwork. The answers they give are unbelievable. No wonder that they did a great job to hide that the company is a Chinese company. I wonder why nobody wants to order stuff from China!!! They are just ordinary thief's!! We also need to work very hard for our money

- Anita, contact your credit card company immediately and advise them the good you purchased were counterfeit. They will provide the appropriate information in order to process a refund. I ordered from these crooks as well, but was able to get a refund in less than 3 weeks from VISA without having to do anything with the goods except throw them out when I got my refund. All it took was contacting the fraud division of the police department (VISA provided the contact info) who then verified with Swarovski the goods were counterfeit. I supplied that info back to VISA and they processed the refund. Don't let these crooks get your money. Don't rely on the 3rd party payment company either. They're probably in on the scam. You'll only have 90 days from when you received the goods to submit your claim, so don't hesitate in contacting your credit card company.
