Beware, once you give them your personal information, they give it away to loan centers. Within 30 minutes of submitting my information, I received 12 phone calls. 3 were from the same #, even though I told the first person who called not to call back. I was steaming mad, so I called e-cigs brand, and they acted like they weren't the culprit. I called them on their bs, and they said they will put my number on their do-not-call list. The phone calls haven't stopped. The loan centers reps sound like they're from India. When I have been adamant that they remove my info and stop calling, they hang up, and 10 minutes later another rep calls from a different phone #. I've had to block these numbers, and I notice they do keep calling back.

Another warning, before you get your "free sample", and give your credit card info for shipping and handling, read the terms and conditions, because it is an auto-refill program and will cost you over $100 a month.
