company lures you into buying shoes and then says you agreed to a monthly fee that gets turned into points that you can't get refunded back to your account. talked to one guy and he said i couldn't get my money back and when i asked to speak to a manager he just put me on hold and hanged up on me. Worst company ever! I had to call a second time and fight with the supervisor to give me my money back seriously what a SCAM. watch out for this company it's worse than a gym membership
