I found Kitchens Uber online and asked for a free quote. A salesman called Nick turned up and measured my kitchen and drew up a plan. He costed the kitchen for £2600 but offered me a discount if I placed my order with him then. The kitchen cost £1060 in total and I paid him a deposit of £100.
I did think this was strange but he assured me there was a 7 day period in which I could cancel and receive my deposit back.I did notice that the paperwork I had said "Lancashire Interior Home Design" on it which was also strange.
I looked online and it was the cheapest quote so I went with them.
I received two phone calls to check I was happy with my order in between the order date and delivery date which reassured me that the company was genuine.
The materials were all delivered last week and the builder started to put them up yesterday. I signed for the tems when counting them as they were all present. upon opening the bubble wrap packing it is apparent that the carcassses units are all a pale lavendar and I have at least 8 extra base panels I have no requirement for. These panels cost around £260 each.
I rang the company immediately and they said I could not return the base panels as I had signed for them. I am not a kitchen planner and i do not sell their products so when their salesman tells me that this is what I need to make the cupboards as per his plan then I took his word for it.

I rang up again yesterday as the email on the kitchens uber website bounces back. The customer service agent gave me the email "lancashireinteriorhomedesigsn - at - gmail.com". SO far, I have had no response.

I have the salesman's number and will call him this afternoon to see if that fixes the solution. I am very wary from reading all of the negative feedback I have now found online.

I deserve a refund for the base panels I have no use for. I was also told I had bought a magic corner but it was never in the order so I'm not sure why the salesman said I had it.
