My husband and I spent the morning watching a sales pitch for a Company that called themselves Blue Horizons. It is supposed to be a wholesale vacation club, but they didn't show us a brochure or website, but did want $8000.00. We didn't buy it, but for our trouble we were to receive round trip flights and Hotel vouches. That was on September 29th 2013. I was supposed to receive vouchers (WHICH I PAID 125.00$ FOR) by October 19th. It is November 15th, and nothing. They will not answer the telephone or respond to my e-mails.
I cannot find any information on Blue Horizon Vacation Club, or Orbital Promotions.
