I purchased Lift and Glow Pro trial and Lift Serum Pro trial on 20/10/2013. I received the products a few days later. However on the 11/11/2013 a further two amounts were taken from my account of £84.71 x 2 i then looked at the reviews and saw that this had happened to a lot of people. I contacted my Bank who said the only way I can be refunded is by the Company who I got the products from I e-mailed the company who replied and said I would not be charged any more and that they had cancelled my contract!! I wasn't aware that I had a contract with them. I then asked for a refund of the monies they had taken out of my bank without my authorisation and when could I expect to receive it. I am still waiting for a reply. Hoping you can help me
