On September 20th,2013 on the website fusionbattery.co.uk (Fusion Battery Path, Ltd) we made our order: two batteries for MIFI 2352. We paid through PayPal 43,62€ (35.48 GBP). Nearly 2 months have passed, but we have not received the goods we ordered and not a single document about the delivery (Invoice, etc.) After 7 weeks waiting we asked them to give our money back and got the following message: "Please would you send back the battery to the below address and we will refund for you." Is is so difficult to check the documents to see that the goods were not shipped or delivered to the client? Or they do it on purpose...?!
