I also purchased a trial offer of £2.99 off AVTL skin24 serum on 17/10/13.This item came on the 22/10/13.On the 31/10/13 RVTL had taken £89.00 out of my account i phoned them on the 16/11/13 about this and they say this was not a trial offer like it or not it can not be returned as 14 days are up .I would not of bought such a small item for £89.00 30gr there is no invoice with this serum they say there is no invoice .I could not do any thing sooner on holls from 1/12.13 t 16/11/13 Do hope you can help Thank you (Personal Information Removed)
