The product was advertised as free on TV, with only shipping charges applicable, but after being billed 96.31, I decided to return the product.
I followed the return procedures, but still have not received a refund.
I emailed the company on Sept 7, 2013, and received no reply.
Here is a timeline of events:
Received shipping confirmation on 04.21.2013.
Received cancellation confirmation on 05.09.2013, and RMA Notification (return number confirmation) on 05.15.2013.
Returned product on 05.23.2013, and STILL waiting for a refund.
