When I tried to renew my NH driver's license on the web I was diverted unknowingly to this site. I thought I was dealing with the DMV (or perhaps a company to which they had out-sourced this particular task) and I was charged $24, and thinking I was paying my renewal fee.
When I finally arrived at the DMV site ( or the second time as I supposed, but actually for the first time) I was charged the normal 50 dollar fee; and I assumed the earlier charge had, for some reason, not gone through.
Only later did I get an email saying that some company called Forms-Assistance was charging me, not $24, but $44! I cannot call this fraudulent company until Monday (this is Saturday evening). But this is a scam, if there ever was one! What can be done about it? (Personal Information Removed)
