I did mystery shopping for this company and did not receive payment for my services. The payment process takes 4-5 weeks, which I waited 6 weeks and was never contacted about the payment. I contacted the company to ask why I had not received payment and they had several different excuses. One of them being "A receipt was not sent in with my form". I have proof that the receipt was sent in with the form. They did not care at this point and refuse to reimburse me. I did another shop on 9/29/2011 in which they will not pay due to insufficient information. Because I was never contacted about the second shop, I feel they should reimburse me for this shop as well.
