There have been two charges of $9.47 posted on my credit card account for which I received electronic receipts from a Customer Care agent. Neither notice provided a contact phone number nor an e-mail address. The first post was around October 15, 2013 and the second one was on November 15, 2013. Electron receipt indicates the Customer Number as #2584432 and Order Number as#23228039. I replied to both e-mails with a challenge to the charges and received a Failure to Deliver Notice. Please assist with having their two charges deleted and any future charges negated. I never ordered nor received any item or product from the company in question.
