HELLO TOTEM received my mint condition (perfect working order and no physical flaws) Iphone 4S on October 31, 2013 according to your website. It is now November 17th and I am awaiting for my payment of $220! Their website states that it takes only a couple of days once the item is received to turn these around...it has now been nearly three weeks! There is absolutely no reason why they should not have a customer service number on their website...in the absence of that, I sent them a couple of emails inquiring about the status of my payment and did not receive any response! There has been been no updates to the status of my order on their website either. It still shows that payment is pending.
As a result of poor customer service (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE really), I can only assume that THEY STOLE MY PHONE. Stay away from this company! My next stop is the Better Business Bureau to prevent others from being a victim...
