Hi,
I saw an ad on Craigslist for an Ipad. I sent an email to [email protected] which was in the ad requesting additional information. I received the following response a few days later.

Hi, ([email protected])
I'm Natalie, you've emailed me about my 64GB ipad 2 with wifi and 3G I'm selling on Craigslist.
I'm sorry but now I'm in Calgary, Canada.
I've taken some pictures with the ipad and I will attach them to this email.
The ipad is brand new and it works with any carrier as it's unlocked by Apple.
I hope that you still want to buy it.

When I responded that it wasn’t feasible to travel to Canada for an Ipad, I received this.

Hi,
I'll have to send it from here. I have found a company called Collect Plus that will deliver the ipad to you in the US and allow you to check the ipad before I receive the payment. You will be in control of your money and I will be in control of my ipad.
I will use 5 day delivery and I will take care of the shipping fee.
Please have a look at their procedure and we will go from there.

(I left out the link). Fortunately, I found this site with all of the complaints. Sounds the same as another one. I did not follow through with the sale. I wanted others to know about the scam.
