When I received the sample and saw the poor standard of the packing slip I immediately did a Google search of Derma Pure and found that many other people had been scammed. There were many reports of how people had tried to contact the company without success.

I have since changed my credit card with Citibank and they are helping me with my dispute. Derma Pure have stated in their defence that:

We are writing to issue a dispute regarding this chargeback request as per the terms of sale the customer ordered the risk-free trial product which was shipped and delivery confirmed. The customer has never requested cancellation, products were shipped after 15 days and delivery confirmed.

It appears that Derma Pure have also submitted fictitious documents to Citibank as they have stated:
Please find attached
* customers shipping & delivery confirmation of product ordered.
* customes original risk free trial purchase.
* customers transaction for authorization for order.
* customers delivery confirmation pages.
* order billing page which customer used to order product received.
* Full size terms section displayed directly under order confirmation button.

If it would help you to take action against this company I could fax you a copy of the packing slip I received.

I have kept screen grabs of the website which shows its domain name simply as "dermapure.org" but this address can't be accessed now.
