Sent for 'samples' of Equinox Serum & RVTL Anti Aging cream, with PP of £2.99 & £4.95. 30 day trial before being charged to account. Advert was on side adverts of PC screen. Very plausible with celebrities supposedly having used it. Looking at my statement, 1 have now been charged another £89.00 & £95.00 after 14 days. On trying to get my money back was told T&C's stated that the co. had to be contacted and products to be returned within 14 days. This was not on the advert when I signed up, there was a form to fill in with name, address, phone no. etc and no mention of 14 days deadline. My bank cannot do anything as the payments were taken on the 15th day and they have followed their T&C's. These payments will continue monthly unless you ring the co. to cancel them. When I rang the co. they told me that they do not do 'samples' and that you are charged the full price after 14 days, although there are no prices shown on the adverts and where does the 30 day before payment taken come in. I have cancelled my card so they cannot take any more, and told them to cancel my "account". After going on-line there seems to be hundreds of 'scammed' people out there, all unable to get their money back from this company. Lots in America and now here in the UK.
