They were supposed to come on the line right after my purchase and diagnose and fix some problems with my computer, and also fix a billing issue that I had on a previous order. They did not, and they don't respond when I call. I called this morning and asked to cancel my subscription, and was put on hold for over 15 minutes with no attempt to pick up.

Over the weekend, they charged me two more times for the same service.
