After being quoted $5.50 by the Bell Canada payphone, I used my credit card to proceed with the charges. I spoke for about 20 seconds. When I checked my statement, I was billed 12.49.
Their rationale for this has to do with 'minimum call length' and other deception reasons. Bell Canada should be ashamed for contracting this firm and WiMacTel should be held accountable for this fraud.
Crooks. Straight up.
