I was reading an article on-line about Dawn French and her massive weight loss, when an advert popped up offering a free sample of Raspberry Ketone, I clicked on the advert which took me to a site where the free-sample was advertised asking you to fill in your details to receive a free sample and credit card details for the cost of P&P, when I filled in my details, I was asked whether I would also like a free-sample of its sister product "Colon Cleanse" as they worked to complement each other and the two samples would be packaged together and I would only pay one payment of "£4.99" for them to be shipped together, obviously this seemed like a sensible thing to do so I clicked on the button to include the two products as free samples. However, I was then taken to another site, but could see no details on the "Colon Cleanse" product, so decided to press the "Live Chat" button, which was flashing in the corner, to pose some questions about the product and it's true cost if I should wish to make a purchase of either of the products in the future, a genuine enquiry. The " Live Chat" turned out to be a robot called Leonard, who was unable to answer any of my questions, just a programmed response" saying that you do not have to buy the two together, which did not pertain to by question. So I decided to cancel my order of the free samples as the answers I required were not forthcoming, however, there was no option to do this and when I pressed the back button, it said site not available!
I went to My Credit Card Company and they suspended my Credit card, but then re-activated it a couple of days later.
Two weeks later, I received a package with two tubs in one, each containing 60 tablets, one of "Raspberry Ketone" and one with "Colon Cleanse", of which I have not opened or attempted to use.
On the 2nd of October 2013, I received an e-mail from: [email protected] and one from :[email protected] ,thanking me for my orders as I had not sent them an email saying I was not returning the un-used samples- What!( This was the very first time I had any knowledge of this clause when ordering my "free-sample”, as absolutely nothing on their site had mentioned or indicated this in any way, shape or form)I never had an email address that I could write to in any case samples. At no time on the site when ordering these free-samples was there any mention of returning any un-used product or being charged; 142 dollars for each product if I didn't, even though I had asked "Leonard" the robot what the cost of the product would be if purchased, or any information about un-returned product being a license for them to start charging my credit card!
My card details had merely been given to cover P&P which was £4.99 of the free sample.
My credit card has now been charged, (minus the P&P of £4.99) a sum of £380.61 for two month supply which I have never received. I did reply to each of the emails sent to me, stating in no uncertain terms my disgust at these underhand dealings and downright theft of monies from my credit card and I demanded the cancellation of any further product being sent or money being collected from my card, I also demanded a refund on any monies withdrawn other than the £4.99 which I had originally agreed to.
I haven't received any reply any correspondence since, but have had further monthly payments stolen from my card and no sign of any other product which I have effectively paid for, but which has never appeared. The value on the original package for the two products stated $10!
This is surely a criminal matter and I would be grateful if you could advise me on how to go about claiming my money back and for this company or individuals to be prosecuted for the illegal manner in which they have conducted themselves.
How do I stop them from keep withdrawing money from my card. Payments are taken in Tetouan, Morocco and on my credit card statements and the numbers are: An 171 42029329 and FA 16073987319
Please help me as they are running up debts on my card which I am struggling to pay and do not know how to proceed.

P.S When I have looked on-line for "Raspberry Ketone" the similar product normal cost is £33. So not only are they stealing money of people, but charging you 3x the true cost and not even sending you any product other than the original "Free Sample"
