Hi I was given a quote of $225.00 for my mint condition 64g Iphone 4s white. I recieved the shipping box and mailed it out as instructed. They recieved my box almost a week and half later then finally conacted me and said my phone was broken and offered me $60.00. I refused the offer and ask for my cell be mailed back to me . This transspired on 11/01/13. I jave sent them multiple emails and have not heard from them since. I know my phone was in mint condition because just before I decided to send it to HelloTotem Att appraised my phone. Please Help
