I received a Phone call on a Satruday afternoon from Mr. Paul Smith the Regional Director of the prize devision of Publishers clearing house. My caller ID shows (404) 510-5395. He stated that I had won $69,000.00 . He instructed me to go to Western Union Moneygram and send $45.00 to LaQuanda Harkley in Alanta, Georgia 30317. He said to be sure to send in " Money in mins." as the people were waiting at the airport to fly to Bedford, Texas and would be at my house between 8AM and 10 AM on Sunday morning. He told me to send the money within the next 45 mins. He said that there would be two deputies and the State Attorney General with him when he brings the money . He explained that they would take my picture with a 3 x 5 foot check but then would give me CASH in the amount of $69,000.00. He also said that winning from publisher's clearing House were not taxable so I would not have to report the cash to the IRS. I did not go to Western Union and send the money.
