Ordered a trial sample of RVTL anti aging moisturiser for £2.99 . This company are now trying to take £89 from my account. Apparently there is mention in the terms and conditions that if the sample is not returned to them within 14 days they can help themselves to £89 from my account!! I still have the sample (unused)but cannot return it as there is no return address.
When I tried to call them on the number above the recorded message said my call would be answered in 19 minutes, no way can I afford to hang on for that long.

- the same thing happened to me I also took the trial offer from another co. and they took £95 from my cc I could not get an awnser from the no. given so I contacted my cc company and tol them to stop paying any more requests for money from my a/c Yesterday I received a letter from my cc saying that they had written to the co. and asked them to stop asking for payments like you I feel shafted
