My experience is the same as many others. A "free" trial turned into a monthly automatic subscription. The packing slip does not include an invoice, a contact phone number, website, or any quick way to reach someone to cancel. I got stuck with two month's worth since the first month I didn't realize what was going on except that there was a strange charge on my credit card statement to a vendor I didn't recognize. I feel like this company's entire purpose is to get away with as much as they can and to make it very difficult to rectify the situation.
