I had ordered the free 14 day trial (only paid for shipping) on October 29th. I received it in the mail a few days later no problems. However, on November 13th, my card was charged $84.97. I noticed it today (the 19th) and tried calling the number I found (888-211-5617) and was put on hold each time I called for atleast ten minutes. I unfortunately had to hang up due to places I had to go or things I needed to do. But later in the day I called again and stayed on the line for 16 minutes until they actually answered. I got a very rude worker who did not speak English very well and I had a hard time understanding anything he said. He did cancel my account, however, he refused to refund me my money. Very, very upsetting!
