I did a vehicle history search. was charged the dollar quoted. at the end of my session, I was offered a $20 amazon gift card for completeing a survey on my experience. I did the survey, sent the email to [email protected] that I completed the survey. he replied the card would be in the mail. two months later I am still waiting. I have emailed him 4 or more times. I get the same reply..I have forwared your email to the concerned department. sending another one to him again today to please stop lieing and take care of the offer they made. I am tired of the run around. I guess they are hoping I will forget.. I don't like a company that lies to get surveys.
