I've tried calling the # they gave me at time of call to cancel and it was a fax machine. Plus I never received a letter from them to verify the call. I did record the # on my organizer in my cell phone on the 8th and the 13th. Again I kept getting a fax # noise. I've tried faxing but no response. They have charged my account 24.95 2 times which caused me a total of $70. right now in overdrafts plus I will be charged $6.50 a day till November 3rd. How can I recoup my money if I can't get in touch with them.
