I was misled by Konny Lowe of Avoya Travel. She misled me and took my deposit without giving me the true cost of the trip. I didn't get an accurate invoice until after the charges were placed on my card. Then moments later she emailed me AFTER she charged me with a different rate than what we had previously discussed. Immediately I requested to cancel and not even 5min later she advised no refund. After payment was made she advised me that the insurance I purchased would only issue a voicher. When initially I was told I would get a cash refund. I did not get my contract with terms and conditions until after my card was charged. I have reached out to all the numbers listed and thus far no luck. I plan to launch a media campaign to share my experience with others so they won't be scamed and so trusting. Its sad that there are people in the world that take pleasure in robbing others. Her proceedure was all wrong. Had she given me the contract first we would have never done business.
