Having requested a free sample from these companies,the item turned up and two days later two more items turned up. thinking that because there was no invoice included they where also free items.
Having now found out that monies have been taken from our bank account for these two items plus other charges.I have been in touch with company and have gotten know where(via e,mail)they will not give us an address as to where to send items
or as to how they are going to refund monies.
Bank has been informed and their fraud department has put hold on account to make sure no more monies are taken. Companies have no intent of either giving us a refund or to give us an address with out talking to their service department on the phone. As an old age pensioner phoning U.S.A. will be expensive and I may still not receive any recompense.
It seems that these people have no idea as to how to treat their customers or any idea on customer services.
