I bought off Facebook what I thought was a one off face cream for £2.99. I then got another package today, when I called to say I didn't want them I was told I had not cacelled within 30 days so I owed them $350. I do not have this kind of money as I am disabled and am suffering from depression and am under the mental health team. I only treated myself to this one off (as I thought) to cheer me up as I went into hospital 3 weeks ago for for a total hysterectomy.
On the phone (and the call was to USA)I was told I had to keep the items I could not send them back. And they would knock the price of what I owed them down to $179.85. I tried to explain that I do not have the money but they said they would take it out of my bank as they had my card details. I told them to wait until the 28th of this month so that I could try and do something to stop them. I phoned my bank and they are blocking payment and I am trying to send the creams back but I need an address, is there anyone who knows it please. Thank you (Personal Information Removed)
