I saw the ad online and saw that Dr Oz supported so I thought I'd give it try. The money came out of my account a day before I even received the product. I called and was on hold for about 30 minutes. And they explained that the trail came with the full supply. I was ticked, so when I received the product I called getting the RA# and typed it all up under the their address so it was on the package. I have called 2 or 3 times a week since being told 5-7 days, then 30 days. Every time I ask for a manger they are busy, they put me on the priority call back list but never got a call back. Finally today the manger told me that my RA# wasn't on the outside of the package and that he could not give me a full refund, but he could give me a partial of $75. I tried telling him I KNOW i put it on the package and if it wasn't then why I just now hearing about it. He had no reason. I told him that it was a scam and what about all the other people online who can't get their money back, did they 'forget' or put the wrong number to? He didn't have an answer just saying that they are trying to get everyone there money back it may just take a while. I KNOW I put the number on the outside and I put it inside to. It aggravtes me to no end, but there isn't anything else I can do and I just want to be done with them. I guess half is better then nothing.
